MaxAds provides Google Ads reporting, campaign workflow, and API integration services for authorized advertisers and agencies. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, business information, account connection details, Google Ads customer identifiers, campaign settings, ad group data, keyword data, search term data, conversion data, billing and spend metrics, and performance reporting metrics when an authorized user connects or provides access to an account.

How we use information

We use information to provide reporting dashboards, campaign analysis, conversion tracking checks, spend pacing, account audits, and requested campaign management actions. We only access Google Ads data for accounts where the account owner or an authorized representative has provided permission.

Google Ads data

Google Ads data is used only to provide and improve the requested MaxAds services for the authorized account. We do not sell Google user data, do not transfer Google Ads data to third parties for unrelated advertising, and do not use Google Ads data to build unrelated audience profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers only when needed to operate hosting, storage, analytics, security, or support functions, and only under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Retention

We retain account and reporting data only for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Users can request deletion of stored data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

User choices

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of their account data by contacting MaxAds. Users can also revoke access through their Google account or Google Ads account settings where applicable.
